	3.	Minutes PDF 46 KB For the Minutes of the meeting held on 3 November 2016 to be agreed as an accurate record and signed by the Chairman. Minutes: The minutes of the meeting of 3 November 2016 were agreed as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.

Exclusion of the Public To resolve to exclude the press and public from the meeting for the following agenda items pursuant to paragraph 4 of Part 1 of the Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006 Minutes: RESOLVED That the press and public be excluded for the following items which are exempt by virtue of paragraph 4 of Part 1 of Schedule 12a of the Local Government Act 1972 because they contain information relating to any consultations or negotiations, or contemplated consultations or negotiations, in connection with any labour relations matter arising between the Authority or a Minister of the Crown and employees of, or office holders under the Authority.

Annual Pay Review (non CBP) View the reasons why item 6. is restricted To consider the report and recommendations relating to the Annual Pay Review Minutes: The Committee discussed the detailed report. RESOLVED The Committee AGREED a pay award for Bucks Pay (Services), Range 1A for 2017/18. The Committee AGREED a provisional pay award for Bucks Pay (Schools) on which to consult school support employees directly.
10:50	7.	Senior Manager Resourcing View the reasons why item 7. is restricted To consider the report and recommendations relating to current senior manager resourcing. Minutes: The Committee discussed a detailed report. RESOLVED The Committee CONSIDERED the information provided in the report. The Committee AGREED to authorise the resourcing for the role of Director of Education and Early Help on a spot salary within the Exec 3 salary range (£90k - £120k).
	8.	Date of Next Meeting 9 February 2017 at 10 a.m. in Large Dining Room, Judges Lodgings Minutes: The next meeting will be held on Thursday 9February 2017 at 10:00am.
