Consideration of Investigator's report Minutes: The Committee considered the report of the Deputy Monitoring officer together with the investigator’s three reports into complaints by Councillor Vigor-Hedderly, Ms R Carley and Mr S Young. The Committee also considered information provided by Councillor Lidgate and Councillor Vigor-Hedderly. Following detailed consideration of all the issues, the Committee: RESOLVED That the complaints should now be considered by a meeting of the Hearings Sub-Committee of the Council’s Standards Committee.
