That Councillor Graham Harris be elected Chairman of the Appeals and Complaints Committee for the duration of the meeting.

The Panel considered the confidential report and supporting documentation in relation to the case.

 

RESOLVED:

 

That the outcome of the independent investigation was upheld highlighting evidence of bullying and the employee was not treated with fairness and equity.
