Deferred Application - CH/2018/0243/FA - Land at The Green Man Public House, 2 High Street, Prestwood, HP16 9EB Minutes: Demolition of existing single garage and erection of a pair of 3-bed semi-detached dwellings, together with associated access, parking, landscaping, bin and cycle storage It was reported at the meeting that one further letter of objection had been received concerned about parking and the space around the proposed buildings. The Chairman
read out the written views of Councillor J Gladwin in his absence. RESOLVED Conditional Permission subject to conditions set out in the
report and an additional condition to remove permitted development rights to
safeguard the size of the rear garden. |
