The Committee considered a report of the Director of Services regarding an application for granting of a new Private Hire Drivers Licence submitted by Mr Francisco Mujico Riveiro, 7 Tilsworth Road, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, HP9 1TR. After careful consideration of the report and representations received, it was resolved to allow the application for a Private Hire Drivers Licence, subject to 1 special condition to be attached to the Private Hire Drivers Licence.

The Committee considered a report of the Director of Services regarding an application for The Revocation of a Dual (Private Hire / Hackney Carriage) Driver’s Licence submitted by Mr Mark Roberts, 97 Devonshire Green, Farnham Royal, SL2 3DX.  After careful consideration of the report and representations received, it was resolved to not to revoke Mr Roberts Dual (Private Hire / Hackney Carriage) Driver’s Licence as there had been an administrative error in the Thames Valley Penalty Payment Office.
