Election of Chairman

Minutes:

It was proposed by Councillor Gibbs, seconded by Councillor Smith and

 

RESOLVED that Councillor Bagge be declared Chairman of the Planning Committee for 2018/19.

Appointment of Vice-Chairman

Minutes:

It was proposed by Councillor Bagge, seconded by Councillor Hogan and

 

RESOLVED that Councillor Jordan be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Planning Committee for 2018/19.

Appointment of Consultative Group

To appoint the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Planning Committee and two other Members of the Planning Committee to the Consultative Group for 2018/19.

RESOLVED that the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Planning Committee and Councillors Egleton and Dr Matthews be appointed to the Consultative Body for 2018/19.
