1.	Election of Chairman Minutes: It was proposed by Councillor Jordan, seconded by Councillor Matthews and RESOLVED that Councillor Bagge be declared Chairman of the Planning Committee for 2019/20.
2.	Appointment of Vice-Chairman Minutes: It was proposed by Councillor Bagge, seconded by Councillor Egleton and RESOLVED that Councillor Jordan be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Planning Committee for 2019/20.
3.	Appointment of Consultative Group Minutes: It was proposed by Councillor Bagge and seconded by Councillor Jordan and RESOLVED that the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Planning Committee and Councillors Egleton and Matthews be appointed to the Consultative Body for 2019/20.
