The decision report is not for publication by virtue of paragraphs 3 and 5 of Part 1 of Schedule 12 A of the Local Government Act 1972 and that

ii)

The public interest in disclosure does not outweigh the need for exemption because if the information were to be disclosed, it could prejudice the Council’s position in relation to the legal proceedings and deter the other party from participating in any further negotiations with the Council

Settlement Agreement with Aero Airways Association (‘AAA’)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Decision Taken

That Wycombe District Council enter into a Settlement Agreement with Airways Aero Association.

Reasons for Decision

Following litigation on a disputed rent review and a second High Court hearing, AAA have agreed terms for a settlement, which are now recommended for approval.
