In accordance with the previously published schedule and reports, the Member has taken the following decision:

The decision will take effect on Wednesday 27 August 2003.

Title

Flood Risk Action Group (FRAG).

 

Subject

Following last winter’s flooding in the Thames Flood Plain the Environment Agency in consultation with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead has set up a FRAG with an independent clarification to review the event and identify any actions necessary to improve the response to a future event.

Each participating local Authority has been invited to nominate a Member to take part in the work of the group.

 

Decision Taken

Cllr Bill Jennings to be the WDC representative on the FRAG.

To provide representation on the FRAG.

 

Consultation Undertaken

The FRAG is aimed to provide consultation with a range of community groups including Town and Parish Councils and a variety of interest groups.
