Reasons for Decision

There are at present 35 conservation area character surveys completed in Wycombe District, all approved by Members as an aid for development control decisions and adopted as supplementary planning guidance.  Once adopted, the character surveys are taken into account as a material consideration in deciding planning applications.

 

Consultation Undertaken

This survey was subject to a six-week period of public consultation, the results of which have been tabulated, with amendments made to the text as appropriate.
