Reasons for Decision

Conservation Area Character Surveys are taken into account as a material consideration in deciding planning applications.  The survey was prepared as part of a rolling programme of character surveys.

Consultation Undertaken

This survey was subject to a six-week period of public consultation.  A total of seven consultation responses were received, commenting on a range of issues.
