Adoption of the Abbotsbrook Conservation Area Character Survey as a Supplementary Planning Document.

Reasons for Decision

Conservation Area Character Surveys are taken into account as a material consideration in deciding planning applications.  The survey was prepared as part of a rolling programme of character surveys.

Consultation Undertaken

This survey was subject to a six-week period of public consultation, the results of which have been tabulated, with amendments made to the text as appropriate (these results are attached to the report regarding this decision).

A total of nineteen consultation responses were received, commenting on a range of issues.  Additionally a request to extend the conservation area was considered.  This has not been recommended at this time.
