Reasons for Decision

The Brief sets out design principles to enable a quality development of the site allocated in the adopted Wycombe District Local Plan to 2011.  The area covered by brief includes Land bounded by Wycombe Road, Churchill Drive, Great Marlow School and the Youth Club, as allocated in the Adopted Local Plan under policy H2.

It is recommended that the Great Marlow School Development Brief be approved as non-statutory guidance, to inform the decision on both the recently received outline application, as well as any subsequent full application, when received.

This brief was subject to an 11-week period of public consultation.
