Reasons for Decision

The Brief sets out design principles to enable a quality development of the site following the approach taken in the Wycombe Development Framework Preferred Options Site Allocations Document.  The area covered by the brief occupies a 5.7 hectare site located to the south of Princes Risborough, bounded by Summerleys Road, Station Road and Picts Lane to the east and the Railway line to the west.

It is recommended that the brief be approved as non-statutory guidance to inform the decision on both the recently received outline applications for the area of the site currently occupied by Hypnos, as well as any subsequent applications.

Consultation Undertaken

The Brief was subject to a 25 day period of public consultation, the results of which have been tabulated, with amendments made to the text as appropriate.
