Decision Taken

That Councillor Mrs Pam Priestley be appointed as WDC’s representative on Buckinghamshire County Council’s Coombe Hill Monument Appeal Committee.

Reasons for Decision

WDC representation is needed on this Committee and the knowledge of the local ward member is felt to be the most important criterion for selection of the WDC nominee.

Consultation Undertaken

No consultation has been undertaken in respect of the proposed nomination. It will be for BCC and the guiding committee to determine whether consultation is appropriate in relation to proposals to be put forward. If repairs require listed building consent, consultation will be undertaken by WDC in respect of the application.
