Contractor 1 has submitted the lowest tender and had advised that the contract can be completed within the specified 22-week period.

 

Consultation Undertaken

Prepared in consultation with the Community Portfolio holder Cllr Mrs Julia Langley who is in agreement with the proposed decision.
