(Title of Report): Lane End Conservation Area Character Study

Decision:

Adoption of the Lane End Conservation Area Character Study as Supplementary Planning Guidance.

 

 

Reason for Decision:

There are at present 32 Conservation Area Character Surveys completed in Wycombe District, all approved by Members as an aid for Development Control decisions and adopted as Supplementary Planning Guidance. Once adopted, the character surveys are taken into account as a material consideration in deciding planning applications.

 

Consultation Undertaken:

This survey was subject was subject to a six-week period of public consultation.
