Proposed Affordable Housing, West End Road, High Wycombe

Decision:

That the District Council makes available the sum of £898,889, via Local Authority Social Housing Grant, to the Maidenhead and District Housing Association, to enable them to progress the proposed 14 x 2-bed flats for affordable rent, in return for 100% initial nomination rights and 75% thereafter.

Reason for Decision:

The subsidy is required to enable this proposed to be affordable.

Consultation has been undertaken with the Cabinet Member for Housing in accordance with Minute 153 (i) of the meeting of Cabinet on 8 April 2002.
