Proposed Decision:

To name and number the new development of 7 dwellings at Town Farm Barns, Princes Risborough as 1 – 7 Town Farm Barns.

Consultation Undertaken:

Princes Risborough Town Council has been consulted as part of the procedure of street naming and numbering and the response was that ‘Woods’ should be used within the new name.

The developer was consulted following the response from the Town Council (part of procedure). He disagreed with the Town Council and requested that the name ‘Town Farm Barns’ be used.

The owners of the development have contacted both Building Control and the developer informing them of their disapproval of the ‘Woods’ name and their wish for the name of ‘Town Farm Barns’.
