Proposed Decision:

That the Ellesborough Village Design Statement be adopted as Supplementary Planning Guidance.

Reason for Decision:

The adoption of this document as Supplementary Planning Guidance will ensure that the wishes of the local community are taken into account when proposals for new developments in the village are considered.  It will be used by Development Control Officers and by developers.

Consultation Undertaken:

The production of the guidance was led by the community and included public meetings and workshops, project groups and circular letters.
