PRESENT: Councillors Barclay, Cadd, Mrs Lambert, Metherell, Mrs Paternoster, and Sherwell.
 

1.

ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN
 

The Chairman of the Council indicated that she was a candidate for the office of Chairman of the Committee and vacated the chair.  In accordance with the Constitution Councillor Cadd, as Vice-Chairman of the Council took the Chair for this item.
 

RESOLVED –
 

That Councillor Mrs Lambert be elected Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing year.
 

2.

APPOINTMENT OF VICE-CHAIRMAN
 

RESOLVED –
 

That Councillor Mrs Paternsoter be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing year.
