·         APPROVED this revised footway hierarchy which sets inspection frequency and the approach for prioritisation of capital maintenance schemes. 

·         RECOMMENDED that work continues to identify and incorporate remote footways and surfaced Public Rights of Way into the network and that subsequently a revised Safety Inspection Policy is drafted for approval.
