Decision:

The Customer and Digital workstream are seeking approval for the proposed, new set of Customer Service Standards and Feedback, Compliments and Complaints Policy to be adopted by Buckinghamshire Council.

 

RESOLVED:

That Formal Shadow Executive approves for the proposed, new Customer Service Standards and Feedback, Compliments and Complaints Policy as detailed in the report.
