The applications are supported by 160 user evidence forms claiming use of the routes between Liston Court and New Court to Cromwell Gardens and Liston House in Marlow from 1960-2016. The applications were made on the basis that the routes have been used by the public as Public Footpaths without let or hindrance for many years.
