The grant of a new 3 year Ex Act lease

Reasons for the decision:

The terms of the new lease are in line with the market. The proposed
lease will generate a revenue to support delivery of the Council’s services and meeting the
Council’s obligations under Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1954.

Alternative options considered:

Not to progress with the new lease. This
would result in the tenant vacating the unit with resultant void costs falling to the Council.
