The Council approve the grant of a lease for
2a Cornmarket High Wycombe HP11 2BW in accordance with the terms
set out therein.

The property is currently vacant. The terms of
the letting are in line with the market. The proposed letting will
generate a revenue to support delivery of the Council’s
services and meeting the Council’s obligations under Section
123 of the Local Government Act 1954.

The property has been vacant for a while,
continuing to not let it would mean that no rental income would be
received.
