The grant of a new 5-year term, inside the Act lease to Hutchinson 3G UK Ltd

Reasons for the decision:

The terms of the new lease are in line with the market. The proposed
lease will generate a revenue to support delivery of the Council’s services and meeting the
Council’s obligations under Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972.

Alternative options considered:

Not to progress with the new lease. This
would result in Hutchinson 3G UK Ltd vacating the unit with resultant void costs falling to the
Council
