To renew the lease with the existing tenant on the terms
agreed.
Reasons for the decision:
The lease had reached expiry and a renewed
agreement was necessary. The terms of the lease renewal are in line
with the market. The proposed lease renewal will generate a revenue
to support delivery of the Council’s services.
Alternative options considered:
Not agreeing terms. This would lead to a loss
of income whilst the property was remarketed.
