Complete rent review memorandum documenting the outstanding rent
review effective as at 9 July 2023.
Reasons for the decision:
The terms of the rent review are in-line with
the RPI mechanism within the lease. The proposed rent review will
generate a revenue to support delivery of the Council’s
services and meeting the Council’s obligations under Section
123 of the Local Government Act 1972.
Alternative options considered:
To refer the rent review to the third-party
process but this would be costly.
