To publish the 2022/2023 Infrastructure Funding Statement

Reasons for the decision:

The Community Infrastructure Levy (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2019 No.1103 that came into force 1 September 2019 require Local Authorities that receive contributions from developers to produce an Infrastructure Funding Statement (IFS) annually.

Alternative options considered:

Given that the production of an Infrastructure Funding Statement is a government requirement of the Community Infrastructure Levy (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2019 No.1103 there is no alternative option.
