To grant a Wayleave Agreement to Eastern Power Networks Plc to
install an underground cable and charging point in the Star Yard and Amersham Old Town
public car parks.

Reasons for the decision:

To enable charging points to be installed in the aforementioned car
parks. The proposal is a sustainability scheme originated by the legacy CDC and is supported
by the Buckinghamshire Council Parking department.
Eastern Power Networks Plc has been appointed by BP Chargemaster PLC to carry out
installation of the electricity cable. BP Chargemaster PLC has been contracted to install the
ev points under the ESPO - Framework 636 (Issue 3).

Alternative options considered:

Do not carry out the installation.
However, the installation has been requested and supported by the Buckinghamshire
Council Parking department.
