for by Dorney parish Council in their application dated 28 July
2022.
Reasons for the decision:
If a valid neighbourhood area application has
been submitted by a parish council to cover their entire parish
council area the Local Planning Authority has to designate the area
applied for.
Alternative options considered:
Due to the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations
there are no alternative actions. If a valid neighbourhood area
application is submitted by a parish council for its entire area it
has to be designated by the Council
