To surrender the current lease to Ringway Jacobs (RJ) and agree a new 25 year full repairing lease to Aylesbury Rugby Club.

Reasons for the decision:

The land has been confirmed as surplus to Highways requirements. The Aylesbury Rugby Club have an requirement for parking.

Alternative options considered:

1. Not to proceed with the lease and use the site for BC own use. This is a remote site and there are issues with fly-tipping and traveller incursions. Highways no longer wish to use the site for storage or road expansion.
2. Offer to the open Market Any occupation involving traffic movement on and off the site with large vehicles pose a danger to both users on the road and those using the site. The village is remote and market interest would be limited

Wards Affected: Aston Clinton & Bierton; Wendover, Halton & Stoke Mandeville;
