That the Head of Policy and Compliance
exercises their delegated authority to authorise the engrossment of
the agreement for the Burnham Beeches Special Area of Conservation
Strategic Access Management and Monitoring Strategy Management
Agreement.
Reasons for the decision:
That Buckinghamshire Council authorises the
engrossment of the agreement between The Mayor and Commonalty and
Citizens of the City of London [City Corporation] and
Buckinghamshire Council for the Burnham Beeches Special Area of
Conservation Strategic Access Management and Monitoring Strategy
Zone
Alternative options considered:
To not approve the delegation. This option
would mean that the Council cannot discharge its own decision to
adopt the SAMMS as avoidance and mitigation for net new dwellings
through nominating the City Corporation to deliver the
SAMMS.
