That the Director for Property & Assets in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Resources and Accessible Housing is authorised to dispose of the site to the agreed party who have confirmed a commitment to deliver 100% affordable homes.

Reasons for the decision:

In line with the Key Leader Decision taken on 02/02/23, authority to dispose of the site is herein sought.

Alternative options considered:

Do nothing. Dispose on open market for a policy compliant scheme (i.e. 48% affordable housing).
