Purpose:

D-AGT1 South Aylesbury is an adopted mixed use allocation in the Vale of Aylesbury Local Plan. The Local Plan requires a site-specific Supplementary Plan Document for this allocation; in the form of masterplan to set out clear and detailed advice for place-making. This key decision is to seek the Leaders approval to consult the public on the draft masterplan.

The Deputy Leader, on behalf of the Leader:

 

APPROVED for public consultation the Vale of Aylesbury Plan – D-AGT1 Supplementary Planning Document, subject to the following additional modifications:

 

·         Access points on the keys to the illustrations labelled ‘potential’

·         The infrastructure table in section five for Highways has been modified: ‘including link road improvements’ to ‘including link roads’.

 

 

The above modifications are highlighted in the final additional row of Appendix 2
