To agree the minutes of the meetings held on 14 and 19 December 2022.

Resolved:  The minutes of the meetings held on 14 and 19 December 2022 were agreed as an accurate record and were signed by the Chairman.

To exclude the press and public from the meeting for the following agenda items pursuant to paragraph 4 of Part 1 of the Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006.

To agree the confidential minutes of the meetings held on 14 and 19 December 2022.

Resolved:  The confidential minutes of the meetings held on 14 and 19 December 2022 were agreed as an accurate record and were signed by the Chairman subject to the amendments being made to the minutes of the meeting on 19 December 2022 as detailed in the confidential minutes. 

The Members considered the request to top up the Employee Hardship Fund in the confidential part of the meeting.

Resolved:  The Senior Appointments and Pay Committee noted the Financial Support Update report and agreed to top up the Employee Financial Hardship Fund as detailed in the confidential minutes.

Members considered the Bucks Pay (Schools) 2023 Pay Award report in the confidential part of the meeting.

Resolved:  The Senior Appointments and Pay Committee considered the information provided in the report and agreed a pay award for Bucks Pay (Schools) for consultation with those employees as detailed in the confidential minutes.
