Members voted in favour of the motion to defer and delegate to officers to approve, subject to the conditions listed and the prior completion of a legal agreement relating to the SAC contribution, for the application, in accordance with the Officer’s recommendation. If the agreement cannot be reached, the application would be refused.

Resolved: that the application be deferred and delegated to Officers to approve, subject to the conditions listed and the prior completion of a legal agreement relating to the SAC contribution, for the application. If the agreement cannot be reached, the application would be refused.
