Members noted the appointment of Councillor Mark Flys as the Vice-Chairman of the East Buckinghamshire Area Planning Committee for the Municipal Year 2023/2024.

Apologies for absence were received from Councillors Heather Wallace and Mike Stannard.

Members voted in favour of the motion to defer and delegate to officers to approve, subject to the conditions listed and the prior completion of a legal agreement relating to the SAC contribution, for the application, in accordance with the Officer’s recommendation. If the agreement cannot be reached, the application would be refused.

Resolved: that the application be deferred and delegated to Officers to approve, subject to the conditions listed and the prior completion of a legal agreement relating to the SAC contribution, for the application. If the agreement cannot be reached, the application would be refused.
