Members voted in favour of the motion to defer and delegate to officers to approve, subject to the conditions listed and the prior completion of a legal agreement relating to the SAC contribution, for the application, in accordance with the Officer’s recommendation. If the agreement cannot be reached, the application would be refused.

It was proposed by Councillor Walsh and seconded by Councillor Harris. Resolved: that the application be deferred and delegated to Officers to approve, subject to the conditions listed and the prior completion of a legal agreement relating to the SAC contribution, for the application. If the agreement cannot be reached, the application would be refused.
