Members voted unanimously to defer the application so that Officers could liaise with the Highways Team, to clarify the extent of the off-site highway works and also to reconsider the conditions in light of Members’ concerns about pedestrian safety, speed reduction and signage. The application is to be reported back to the Planning Committee once discussions have taken place.

It was proposed by Councillor Waters and seconded by Councillor Walsh.
