Members voted unanimously in favour of the motion to approve the application in line with officer’s recommendation subject to the bat/bird box, as referenced in Condition 3, being located within the site instead of requiring it to be on the subject building.

Resolved: that the application be approved subject to Condition 3 stating that a bat/bird box be located within the site instead of requiring it to be on the subject building. |
