The Lead Officer drew attention to the supplement attached to this item, which replaced paragraph 16.4 of the report with new text relating to the Public Sector Equality Duty. In addition, the proposed location of the cable connecting the solar panels to the building had become of interest to the Local Planning Authority due to its potential proximity to an existing tree on the site, which was to be retained.
It was proposed by Councillor R Stuchbury, seconded by Councillor P Gomm and
RESOLVED
that application 22/03262/APP be APPROVED subject to the conditions specified in paragraph eighteen of the case officer’s report, and with an additional condition to require the details of the location of the connection cable to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of any development. |
