Extension of rubber mulch surfacing on school field.

 

Members voted unanimously in favour of the motion to grant conditional permission subject to an amendment to Condition 2 as follows:

 

2.      The materials to be used in the construction of the finishing surfaces of the development hereby permitted shall be as per the details on the application form.

Reason: To safeguard the visual amenities of the area. (Policy GB1 and EP3 of the South Bucks District Local Plan (adopted March 1999) refers.)

 

It was proposed by Councillor T Egleton and seconded by Councillor W Matthews.

 

            Resolved: that the application be approved subject to the amendment to Condition 2 as laid out above.

Two-storey demountable building comprising 12 apartments (3 x one bed and 9 x two bed)(use Class C3) to provide interim residential accommodation to homeless households with associated car parking, private and shared amenity space, landscaping and other ancillary works (a further temporary permission for a period of 5 years is sought).

 

This application was the subject of a site visit.

 

Members voted unanimously in favour of the motion to grant conditional permission subject to the addition of an Informative reminding the applicant of their responsibility to comply with the requirements of Condition 1.

 

The Committee also agreed that the decision be sent direct to the Cabinet Member for Finance & Resources with comments from the Chairman expressing that sites for permanent social housing were needed within this area.

 

It was proposed by Councillor T Egleton and seconded by Councillor S Chhokar.

 

          Resolved: that the application be granted conditional permission subject to the points above.
