Declarations of interest Additional documents: Minutes: Councillor R Newcombe declared an interest in relation to application 22/00986/APP, as a member of the Chilterns Conservation Board which oversaw the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. He clarified that he had made no contribution to any comments made by the Board on the application and remained open minded.

22/00986/APP - Callie's Solar Farm, Owlswick Road, Ford, HP17 8XW PDF 2 MB Additional documents: Minutes: Ranjit Ghattoura (Legal Officer) announced that she had been made aware by some Members of correspondence from Greg Smith MP which had been received prior to the meeting. It had not been submitted to the Local Planning Authority and therefore did not form part of the planning record. She advised that the correspondence was to be considered lobbying and not referred to as part of the decision-making process.
Proposal: Construction of a solar farm together with all associated works, equipment and necessary infrastructure.
