To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held 30 March 2022.

Resolved:

That the Minutes of the meeting held on 30th March 2022 be agreed as a correct

record.

Councillor Smith declared an interest as a Member of Haddenham Parish Council. As the Member who called application 22/00425/APP in to be considered at the meeting he made clear that he remained open minded about the application, and had not pre-determined it.

Proposal: Erection of 1, 2-bed dwelling with associated access, landscaping and demolition works, extension and alteration of existing dwelling.

It was proposed by Councillor Khan, seconded by Councillor Cooper and

RESOLVED:

that application 22/00425/APP be approved subject to the conditions specified in point nine of the officers’ report, and in the update sheet accompanying the report and with the addition of a requirement for a banksman as part of the construction traffic management plan referred to in condition 8.

To confirm Members’ availability to undertake site visits on [insert date] if required.

Details on any site visits deemed appropriate to occur prior to an application’s consideration at the next scheduled meeting of the Committee would be communicated to Members as necessary.
