To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held 28 September 2022.

Resolved:

That the Minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 28^th September 2022 be agreed as a correct record.

Councillor R Newcombe declared an interest in relation to application 22/00986/APP, as a member of the Chilterns Conservation Board which oversaw the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. He clarified that he had made no contribution to any comments made by the Board on the application and remained open minded.

Proposal: Householder application for single storey rear extension.

that application 22/03181/APP be approved subject to the conditions outlined on page nine of the officer’s report.

Ranjit Ghattoura (Legal Officer) announced that she had been made aware by some Members of correspondence from Greg Smith MP which had been received prior to the meeting. It had not been submitted to the Local Planning Authority and therefore did not form part of the planning record. She advised that the correspondence was to be considered lobbying and not referred to as part of the decision-making process.

Proposal: Construction of a solar farm together with all associated works, equipment and necessary infrastructure.

that application 22/00986/APP be deferred and delegated to the Director of Planning and Environment for approval, subject to the receipt of no new material representations, and the conditions as proposed and any other considered appropriate by Officers.

Details of any site visits deemed appropriate to occur prior to an application’s consideration at the next scheduled meeting of the committee would be communicated to Members as necessary.
