The Chairman welcomed everyone to the meeting. Members and Officers who were in attendance were introduced.

There were no apologies for absence received.

To receive any disclosure of disclosable pecuniary interests by Members relating to any items on the agenda. If any Member is uncertain as to whether an interest should be disclosed, he or she is asked if possible to contact the District Solicitor prior to the meeting.

Members are reminded that if they are declaring an interest, they should state the nature of that interest whether or not they are required to withdraw from the meeting.

To consider an application under s.17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for a new premises licence in respect of Buckinghamshire Oktoberfest, Burnham Park, Windsor Lane, Burnham, SL1 7HR (report attached).

Members were asked to determine an application for a new premises licence, in respect of which relevant representations had been received. The Application had been submitted by Barbican Events Limited, 136 Dragon Road, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9NZ (“the applicant”) in respect of Buckinghamshire Oktoberfest, Burnham Park, Windsor Lane, Burnham, SL1 7HR (“the premises”).

Following a detailed discussion, all parties present confirmed that they were satisfied that they had received a fair hearing and had nothing further to add.
