The Chairman welcomed everyone to the meeting. Members and Officers who were in attendance were introduced.

Declarations of interest

Councillor P Gomm declared an interest due to being the local Ward Councillor and knows of the site and knew of the owners but did not know them personally.

Members were asked to determine a review submitted by Buffalo Lodge Retreat Ltd, Buffalo House, Mill Road, Slapton, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 9BT (“the applicant”) in respect of a licence at New Bury Farm, Mill Lane, Slapton, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 9BT (“the premises).

 

Following detailed discussions all parties present confirmed that they were satisfied they had received a fair hearing and had nothing further to add.

 

The Sub-Committee retired to make its decision which can be seen in the attached Decision Notice.
