The Chairman welcomed everyone to the meeting. Members and Officers who were in attendance were introduced. 

To receive any disclosure of disclosable pecuniary interests by Members relating to any items on the agenda. If any Member is uncertain as to whether an interest should be disclosed, he or she is asked if possible to contact the District Solicitor prior to the meeting.

Members are reminded that if they are declaring an interest, they should state the nature of that interest whether or not they are required to withdraw from the meeting.

All present confirmed that they had read and understood the procedure rules that applied to this hearing.

To consider an application under s.34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary the premises licence in respect of Ohana, 1-2 Burkes Court, Station Road, Beaconsfield, HP9 1QR (report attached).

Members were asked to determine a Variation of a Premises Licence which was submitted by Mr Peter Conisbee of PC Licensing, 4 Beacon Close, Huntingdon, PE29 6GB (“the agent”) in respect of their client Steak Shell Ltd, 1-2 Burkes Court, Station Road, Beaconsfield, HP9 1QR (“the premises licence holder”) for a Ohana (formerly Tarrus), 1-2 Burkes Court, Station Road, Beaconsfield, HP9 1QR (“the premises).   

Following detailed discussions all parties present confirmed that they were satisfied they had received a fair hearing and had nothing further to add.   

The Sub-Committee retired to make its decision which can be seen in the attached Decision Notice.
