To receive any disclosure of disclosable pecuniary interests by Members relating to any items on the agenda. If any Member is uncertain as to whether an interest should be disclosed, he or she is asked if possible to contact the District Solicitor prior to the meeting.

Members are reminded that if they are declaring an interest, they should state the nature of that interest whether or not they are required to withdraw from the meeting.

To resolve to exclude the press and public as the following item is exempt by virtua of Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 12a of the Local Government Act 1972 because it contains information relating to any indivudual or which is liikely to reveal the identity of the individual.

The Licensing Sub-Committee resolved to excude the press and public due to the item being exempt by virtue of Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 12a of the Local Government Act 1972 as it contained information relating to an individual or was likely to reveal the identify of that individual.

          Resolved: that the press and public be excuded from the meeting for the reasons given above.
