To consider an application under s.17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for a new premises licence in respect of Hellfire Caves, Church Lane, West Wycombe, HP14 3AH (report attached).

Members were asked to determine an application for a new premises licence, in respect of which relevant representations had been received. The Application had been submitted by West Wycombe Caves Ltd (trading as The Hellfire Caves) (“The Applicant”) in respect of Hellfire Caves, Church Lane, West Wycombe, HP14 3AH (“the premises”). Following a detailed discussion all parties present confirmed that they were satisfied that they had received a fair hearing and had nothing further to add.
